A. The process is as follows (for Presentation with Publication):
Abstract Submission > Acceptance Notification > Pay Conference Registration Fee and send payment receipt via email > Submit Conference Registration Form > Submit full paper within one month of abstract acceptance > Present the paper (in-person or online) > Single-blind review of the full paper > Pay the Publication Fee (if applicable) > Publication of accepted full papers.

A. Authors can present their research work in two ways:
1) Presentation with Publication: Full paper submission is required within one month of abstract acceptance for potential inclusion in the conference proceedings or journal,
2) Presentation without Publication: Only extended abstracts are required, which will be included in the conference program or book of abstracts (no full paper needed).

A. Authors may submit a maximum of two or three papers for potential publication with Scopus indexing.

A. Authors may withdraw their paper at any time before it is submitted to the publisher. Conference registration fee once paid is not refundable.

A: GreenTechConf 2026 papers will be published in the special issue/volume of a reputed international journal or conference proceedings. Publishing jorunals names will be added soon as we receive confirmation from the publisher.

A: There may be additional cost for publication for some journlas if applied by the journal. The details will be added soon.

A: All the registered papers will be peer reviewed by at least two experts. Papers accepted by guest ediotrs will be sent to Chief Editor or publisher for final acceptance decision.

A: The special journal volume or conference proceedings will be submittted to appropritae indexing services after publication. It may include Elsevier-Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, etc. The final decision about inclusion will be taken by the indexing service.
Final decision about paper acceptance for publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief or Publisher. Papers may be removed from the publication process at any stage if they fail to meet quality standards or ethical guidelines.

A: Yes, paper presentation at the conference is mandatory for all accepted abstracts and not presented papers will be removed from further process.

A: The time allotted for each paper: 12 minutes for presentation and 2-3 minutes Q & A

A: Authors are free to select their PPT template. Please add Paper Title, Authors Names and Affiliations in the First slide. Use appropriate font color and size.

A: Yes, changes are allowed as below,
1) From in-person to online: No refund for the fee difference,
2) From online to in-person: Permitted until April 10, 2024, with additional fees difference.
